About the CD “Prepare and Defend”
The CD, Prepare and Defend, is about you. It’s about what you are going through. It will help you make the choices that are right for you. You have taught me that the quality of your life is important to you. You have taught me that you want to be more actively involved in your care, especially when there are choices that need to be made regarding Perimenopausal and Menopausal Management. Let’s face the facts. The changes your body is facing can affect every facet of your life. Few people are educated about how to deal with these changes. You have many choices to make; from how to protect your bones to how to reduce your risk of breast cancer. What do you do if your sex drive has fallen off? And, what about hormones? More Choices!
